  • One colour passport size photograph
  • Original / copy of National ID (metal/plastic), driver’s licence or valid passport
  • Proof of residential address in the form of ZESA/Water/Tel One bill within 3 months in one’s own name or:

>if it is landlord/tenant relationship, a lease agreement together with utility bill/affidavit from landlord authenticated by a commissioner of oaths who is a lawyer, showing the lawyer’s physical address and contact numbers plus landlord ID.

>husband/wife relationship, a marriage certificate plus utility bill

>if it is child/parent relationship, a long birth certificate plus utility bill

>letter from employer confirming residential address on company letterhead

>Letters from schools, chiefs or headmen

>Referral letters from Senior Bank Officials

  • A minimum opening balance is required
